Section 01
How It Works
Refer Your Clients
Recommend eligible wigs, bundles, custom units, or hair products to your clients.
Your client must use your referral code or link when placing their order.
Your Client Orders
We handle the order, payment, processing, and fulfillment while you continue servicing your client.
Earn Commission
Once the qualifying order is completed and the applicable cancellation or return period has passed, your commission becomes eligible for payout.

Commission Structure
How It’s Calculated
Commission is based on the eligible product subtotal paid by your referred client.
Taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, and other non-commissionable charges are excluded.
$100
At a 10% commission rate, an eligible $1,000 purchase earns you $100.
Five qualifying $1,000 purchases would equal $500 in referral commission.
There is no set referral limit unless otherwise stated.

Referral Requirements

The customer must use your assigned referral code, link, or another approved referral method.

The referral must result in a completed, paid, eligible order.

Commission is not earned on canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback orders.

Personal purchases do not qualify for commission unless approved.

Commission cannot be split between multiple stylists unless approved in advance.

Commission Payouts
Approved commissions are paid according to the current payout schedule after an order becomes eligible.
Partners must provide accurate payment and tax information when required.

Section 06
Program Terms

Stylist partners participate as independent referral partners and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives.

Partners may not make false or misleading claims about products, pricing, medical benefits, insurance coverage, VA approval, or guaranteed reimbursement.

Referral activity may be reviewed, and commissions connected to fraudulent or ineligible transactions may be withheld.
04
Participation in the program confirms acceptance of the current referral program terms.
