All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Because of differences in lighting, monitor settings, photography, and natural variations in human hair, actual colors, textures, densities, and lengths may vary slightly from images shown on our website.

These differences do not constitute defects.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products include, but are not limited to:

• Customized wigs
• Colored wigs
• Cut and styled wigs
• Medical cranial prostheses
• Personalized cap sizing
• Density modifications
• Special requests

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled. Because custom products are made specifically for each client, they are non-refundable except where required by law.

Medical Wig Orders

Medical wigs, also known as cranial prostheses, are custom medical-related products designed according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, medical documentation when applicable, and prescription information if required for insurance reimbursement.

Insurance approval or reimbursement is not guaranteed by B’Laflairè.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payments

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Order Cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

B’Laflairè is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Customs
• Holidays
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier.

B’Laflairè is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged
• The item contains a verified manufacturing defect

Any approved claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, styling, coloring, cutting, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees reserve your appointment time and are non-refundable unless canceled by B’Laflairè.

Consultations do not guarantee purchase approval, insurance reimbursement, or product availability.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website—including logos, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, videos, branding, text, and designs—is the exclusive property of B’Laflairè unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use
